Simone Biles
Simone Biles (born March 14 1997 Columbus Ohio U.S.) American gymnast who was considered to be one of the top athletes. Biles was the very first American female gymnast to ever win four gold medals in one Games. In Rio de Janeiro, she was also the first female to have won consecutive World All-Around titles. Biles is from Spring Texas. Her grandparents Ronald Biles (and her sister Adria) took them in as adoptees. They grew in the Houston metropolitan area. Simone was introduced to gymnastics by her teacher at daycare Aimee Borman, when she was just six years old. She was a student at Bannon's Gymnastix for eleven years. Biles was awarded a gold medal in the floor and bronze in vault during the women's Junior Olympic National Championships in 2010 before breaking into the top level of competition in 2011. In less than two years, she had become the most successful athlete in her discipline. What set Biles out was her consistency her fun-loving personality, and the extreme level of difficulty she incorporated into her routines throughout every event - vault, uneven bars balance beam and floor workout.
